Cocktail hour set the tone with a delightful mix of sips and bites. Guests toasted the newlyweds with handcrafted specialty cocktails while indulging in exquisitely prepared hors d’oeuvres, including Gulf Coast ceviche served in an edible blue corn spoon, short rib arepas, and smoked salmon crostini topped with cappers—each bite as visually stunning as it was delicious.

As the heartfelt toasts filled the air, family and friends were invited to explore three uniquely curated food stations, each offering a luxurious twist of brunch classics.

• Nice to Meet You Carving Station – Featuring a New York strip with an espresso crust drizzled in chipotle chimichurri and creamy asparagus risotto.
• Love You A Brunch Station – A playful nod to a morning favorite, this station included crispy chicken and waffle bites, delicate egg frittatas, shrimp and white cheddar grits, and a vibrant seasonal fruit bowl.
• Seasonal Lunch Station – A light and fresh selection of strawberry salad (served elegantly in stemless wine glasses), Atlantic salmon with lemon basil cream and green bean amandine.

Beyond the flavors, Café Natale infused personal touches that made the experience even more meaningful. One standout detail? Organic herb seed packets, beautifully placed on each napkin.
